Our approach begins with the farmer and continues through post-harvest handling, processing, grading, food safety, traceability, packing and export. Our factory sits along the Mekong River in Siembouk District, Stung Treng Province, surrounded by cashew-growing communities. White whole kernels are graded by how many kernels make up one pound — the lower the number, the larger the kernel. Our Stung Treng facility is certified to the BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9, and our production is also Kosher certified.
